How do I practice
Reiki ?
You will lie down on a massage table, and after a short
meditation I will lay my hands over each of your chakras, then,
harmonize them before treating your legs and feet .
I will then finish by gently stroking your aura and when you
will be up again, center and ground you by brushing your back in
a swift and quick manner.
It looks a lot like an energetic healing session and by the way,
it is one !!
The main difference is that I do not give my own energy but the
energy of the Universe, that surrounds us all, and that I have
learned to channel through Reiki initiation. |
